Associate's Degree Scholarship for the Graduating Class of 2019 In order to encourage academic excellence and community responsibility among high school students, the HATC Foundation is continuing a scholarship program for graduating high school seniors who are preparing to enter college. The HATC Foundation will award up to four (4) scholarships to deserving youth currently residing in HATC affordable housing communities and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) households.
