Associate's Degree Scholarship for the Graduating Class of 2019

In order to encourage academic excellence and community responsibility among high school students, the HATC Foundation is continuing a scholarship program for graduating high school seniors who are preparing to enter college. The HATC Foundation will award up to four (4) scholarships to deserving youth currently residing in HATC affordable housing communities and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) households. This scholarship program will cover the cost of tuition and fees for an associate’s degree at a qualifying two (2) year institution.

    Along with this application, one recommendation form is required. This letter can come from your employer, school counselor, teacher, financial aid officer, adult mentor etc. The person submitting the recommendation form cannot be a family member. Please provide us with the following information regarding your recommender:

  • I agree to the scholarship application, program rules, and terms and releases regarding photos, information to be used in marketing materials for promotional purposes of the HATC Foundation and the Housing Authority of Travis County. Falsification of information may result in termination of any scholarship granted.
