Board Meeting

To approve the Cameron Road Apartments transaction, including the execution of all documentation necessary to carry out the transaction; authorizing the HATC Foundation to enter a joint venture to purchase the land for the transaction and lease such land for the transaction; authorizing the acquisition of the membership interest in TCFC Cameron Road Apartments GP LLC and its admission as the general partner of Cameron Road Apartments LTD.; authorizing the financing for such transaction; authorizing the HATC Foundation to serve as the general contractor; and other matters in connection therewith.
