OVERVIEW
Our Vision
The HATC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit subsidiary of the Housing Authority of Travis County (HATC) established to further its vision to develop vibrant communities which enhance and improve lives through the delivery of optimal programming and supportive services.
What We Do
The HATC Foundation strives to provide HATC residents and clients with crucial services, including an annual scholarship, workforce development initiatives, and childhood development programming. We currently operate on-site Learning Centers, free school supply stations, and mini libraries at three HATC communities. We also collaborate with an array of local agencies to provide resources that improve quality of life and promote self-sufficiency.
