Jolene Keene is a housing development finance professional who supports the creation and preservation of affordable housing across Texas. Jolene brings 20 years of expertise in public and private-sector housing finance, regulatory compliance, and supportive housing development. Jolene is the founder of Keene Development. She works with nonprofit developers to structure the financing and facilitate the construction of multifamily permanent supportive housing. Previously, Jolene served as Executive Director of Accessible Housing Austin!, as Development Finance Manager for the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation, and as a program manager for Austin Habitat for Humanity. During this time, she has been involved in overseeing multimillion-dollar housing portfolios, developer partnerships, statewide lending initiatives, and housing program development. Jolene holds a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and a Certificate in Development Finance from the National Development Council.
