Established in 2017 as the nonprofit arm of HATC, the Foundation empowers residents and voucher holders through scholarships, workforce development, financial literacy training, and supportive services designed to create pathways to self-sufficiency. The HATC Foundation bridges the gap between affordable housing and long-term success for Travis County families, and your participation in this golden anniversary gala directly supports our work in helping individuals gain the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to build better futures and achieve economic mobility.
This special event will be held on December 12th, 2025, at Norris Conference Centers, located at 2525 W. Anderson Lane, Suite 365, Austin, Texas 78757, from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.
