Austin, TX – Since the HATC Foundation’s establishment in December 2017, up to $25,000 in scholarships are awarded every year to deserving youth, currently residing in HATC affordable housing communities and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) households, who demonstrate academic excellence and community citizenship.
